Sketching and Final Creation:
Once you have completed all of your research it is time to start brainstorming and sketching your own ideas.
Decide on one of the 4 categories for your own design. Do you want it to be based on popular culture, Typography, puns/plays on words, or a completely original idea?
Once you have an idea (or a few ideas) open a new canvas in ArtRage and sketch multiple ideas to decide on the best possible composition.
Once you are finished with your sketches, be sure to export them as a .jpeg and up load them onto your T-Shirt page on Bulb.Once you are decided on your idea, begin creating it in Illustrator. Your canvas should be no bigger than 9x12. Remember you want your design "floating" inside your canvas so that it is not touching any edges.
Be sure to pay close attention to quality and craftsmanship. The little things are what really make these designs pop.
